Oh, right. This was originally supposed to be kind of my personal gaming blog. Not news, mind. Go read Kotaku if you want that. Nah, this is what I think, and sometimes… I don’t think about games all that much.
But, here’s what’s on my plate right now, and what I intend to talk about, um, eventually:
- How awesome Mario Kart Wii is.
- Why Night Goblin Fanatics rock. Also: WAAAAAGH!
- What I intend to play on my n-hour flight to Japan, where n is a fairly large number that I don’t know the actual value of because of time zones and date lines. Right now, I think I take off the morning of June 18th and my descendants land sometime in 2247 AD. I’m thinking I’ll play Shiren the Wanderer, Pokemon, and possibly Phantom Hourglass.

It’s the first day of typical summer weather here st the Knight’s
Ferry Peddlers’ Fair. The river’s low and probably very cold, but it
doesn’t stop visitors from getting in anyway. Meanwhile various
professional antiqurrs, jewelers, and at least one retired (interim)
road commissioner sell their wares. One vendor throws another 1/3 lb
sausage on the grill while another tells his son to stop eating
sticks. Two sheriffs deputies on horseback wander past. Being here is
one of the better ways to spend a Sunday afternoon.

When I go to the Hello Kitty theme park, I will not be able to un-see the things there, whatever they are.
There is a ¥100 store nearby. That’s a little over a buck. Here the dollar-stores are filled with cheap Asian-made crap. What’s it going to have in it there?
It would be pretty cool to be non-lethally stabbed by a ninja. There’s a ninja-themed restaurant in Akasaka. Maybe I can piss off the cook.
